  2. Don’t miss your daily exercise
  3. Always be positive towards life.
  4. Eat food in proper time and avoid sugar.
  5. Drink lots of water.
  6. Sleep at least for 6 hours daily.

After doing this you wont be Virat, but it will make some difference in your life.
